How to register
Three steps from first enquiry to first class.
- Book a trialSend an enquiry with your child’s age. We’ll suggest a class and a date for a trial.
- Confirm the classAfter the trial, we’ll confirm the right group and send registration details.
- Register and payComplete registration and pay the term fee before the first class.
Training wear & presentation
Arrive dressed and ready to train safely. The right training wear lets teachers check technique, give corrections and keep dancers moving freely.
Wear
- Hair: tied back neatly for every class
- Dance & acro: form-fitting, flexible clothing such as a leotard, dancewear or gymwear
- Acro: barefoot or grip socks
- Other styles: the right footwear where needed, such as dance socks, foot undies, or runners for hip hop
- Ballet: ballet attire, tights and ballet shoes, with hair in a neat bun
- No jewellery, watches or clothes with zips
Bring
- A labelled water bottle
- A hoodie or jumper for before and after class
- Any medication your child may need, with a note for the coach
- Tell us about any injuries or medical conditions before class
Dancers who aren’t dressed for class may be asked to adjust before some activities, where safety or technique checks are affected. Arriving prepared is part of the discipline and professional habits we build in training.
Parent FAQs
Can’t see your question? Ask us.
Does my child need any experience?
No. Our Minis and Juniors classes are built for beginners. Children who already dance or do gymnastics are welcome too, and we’ll place them at the right level.
What’s the difference between acro and gymnastics?
Acro (acrobatic dance) combines dance technique with acrobatic skills like balances, walkovers and handsprings, performed on the floor as part of dance routines. Gymnastics uses apparatus such as bars and beam. Acro students learn to make tricks flow with the music.
Which class should my child start in?
Most beginners start in Minis (ages 5–7) or Juniors (ages 8–10), or Mini Dance (ages 5–8) on Fridays. If your child has experience, tell us in your enquiry and we’ll suggest acro skills, technique or competition training instead.
Is acrobatics safe for children?
Skills are taught in stages, with mats and hands-on spotting from coaches, and students only move on when they’re ready. Strength and conditioning is part of our programme so bodies are prepared for what they’re learning.
Can parents watch classes?
No. Parents watching is distracting for the other students and for teachers, so classes are closed to spectators.
How much are classes and how do I pay?
Please get in touch for current class fees and payment details.
What happens if we miss a class?
Term fees are paid at the beginning of the term and are non-refundable, including for missed classes.
